Woke up for training today! Coach ask we seniors to coach the Sec 2s today, practised strategy for full court pressure trap defence! Went to have lunch after training. Hmm, skipping into something else, i think it's time to get serious about work. No more chinese new year mood, no more joking with teacher's mood! Gonna study harder than last year( ok i know i did not study last year) BUT!! I shall this year. Like, come on! This is probably the first time i'm serious on getting good grades. Partially cause my sis can get into SAJC with her 9 points. She went to Catholic JC instead. Haha..i don't wanna end up like her. Not saying that i'm gonna to a JC but at least i wanna go to Singapore Poly with the course i want! Alright, shall end here now! Bye!
Hmm went to mac to meet up with my friends and walked to school together. Had boring lessons and managed to survived through them. Waited for training to start and played basketball with my juniors and went to do some gym training. We ran around the school compound while singing songs, making fun of the Girl guides while running. Did some warm-down while listening to Mr Tse. Helped Benard to do his english homework after training..Jian Wen was falling asleep while we were doing. John, Nigel Benard and i then abandoned him sleeping in the canteen while we went to the market to eat. Ordered carrot cake. John was complaing that the chilli was very spicy!! I dont think so! Haha..went to Bukit Purmei to find Kelvin, Weijie and Yan Xing. SAW ANDREW PLAYING BASKETBALL! Played afew games and went home with Kelvin and Weijie. In bus 80, inside the bus was kinda cool, some bar interior designing with some up-to-date songs! the seats were also kinda cozy. A bus thats makes you wanna sit on long rides! Its currently 1.30am now in the morning and im blogging as ive been so busy the whole day. Went to my grandmother's house for lunch and ate 2 chicken wings! 1 packet of apple juice and i made it! Haha..so health conscious! Alright, played psp as the w=rest of my relatives were playing 21 points.. was bored to death there and my mom and I left the place for home and left my sister behind! Haha..went to Bishan for dinner, met my sister at my Uncles's house..as usual the food was always good there but sadly or should i say fortunately, there wasnt ice-cream this year! Played 21 points with my cousins and relatives. Lost some money! How sad..went to meet up with kelvin at Tiong and went to Depot road. Waited for Benjamin to come and find us at the playground and we went to Joey's house. Was being health conscious once again and drank mineral water! Joey and Ben was like talking about their childhood? Not gonna explain much into the details but..didnt know BENJAMIN had such a childhood! Haha..took bus 57 to Harbourfront and saw Rio waiting for the last bus 65. So we waited together. His bus came first followed by mine! Had quite a fun day, hope it will be better! Bye guys
Good morning guys, thank's for reading my blog once again, went to my uncle's house yesterday for dinner and went to play fireworks in the park! Haha..we added gunpowder and stuff that makes quite a loud boom! Had fun while playing but was kinda bored in my uncle's house...fortunately, there was Kelvin to sms me most of the time and yea..! Reached home and chatted with Ben online. ALright thats all for now..gonna collect ang bao's very soon! Yea, i'm gonna train up my stamina, build my chest muscles and gonna work on having broad shoulders, thinking of doing abdomen exercises on my own too, only laziness can stop me =D laziness is my good friend from young!! Alright, apart from being lame, nothing much to cover on except for us having a Chinese New Year mood. Not gonna eat to my hearts content as i don't wanna shoot to 80kg after Chinese New Year. Cutting down on meat, rice. Probably gonna run on my own too? Serously hope to give my best on the match with Gan Eng Seng.So, i think i should be more responsible for my body and yea! Im gonna make it somehow, let's hope it works out for me! No giving into temptation! Team Henderson! Haha and my cousin's going to army soon! He doesnt have any muscles and i think he's gonna suffer in the early months on the Army. So i think i should work up now and get prepared by the time i go to NS. Oh great, my grandmother is going to cook her deep fried oily and delicious chicken wings! My first test tomorrow! Not to eat for than 2! Some may think i should not eat at all but hey! 2 is a good start right? 1 isn't enough, 3 is too much! It's also a good start! We shouldn't eat too much rice as it is carbos and it is stored in our body if we do not exercise! Fats are okay as we can burn them but carbos are harder and it gives us high sugar content! No to excessive amounts of carbos! DAMN! i sound different from last year! Probably.. a way down to a man's heart is the stomach afterall..like come on, which girl would choose a fat guy over a muscular one, some cases, perhaps but not on the majority. It's not like i want a girlfriend but hey, at least having a muscular body would give me more choices? HAHA ok im gonna stop here! Bye..

Hi guys! Went to sch today and was kinda tired..had relief lessons for chemistry as Ms Hasina did not come to sch today! Did hmw in class and went to Cyrus with Desmond, Ww, Weiqi, Kian Meng, Ben. Kelvin and Ww. Played L4D in campaign and versus mode! Was quite fun as we were shouting here and there! Ww did not played but instead played his pps game! Went home to have dinner after Cyrus! Wednesday is our match! Looking forward to it!

Damn, Ive fallen sick..supposed to go bball today but i was too sick..high fever and a sore throat..probably had been playing basketball too much this few days and did not drink enough of water. Just closed my eyes and falled asleep last night and was having high fever today.. damn!
Woke up late and managed to reach sch on time! Rest of the class went to Sp while afew of us were needed in the CCA. Ran ikea and did stength conditioning! Was tough but we did it! Played a match and we played well! Went to have recess and went to the hall after that. Did nothing but to shift tables and chairs, pick up litter. Went to find Kelvin at Tiong and ate LJS. Took bus 123 with Kelvin, Yan Xing and Xiu Fan to Purmei. Played till 9+? HAd fun there! Thats all for today, bye
4 more days more to South Zone tournament! Isnt a problem to enter round 2. So..had training today, ran 4.8km and played match. Trying to improve on everything. Defence, offence and team spirit. it isnt easy but we must pull it through!
Sunday-Woke up around 12? Used the comp for ahwile and went to play bball with church friends, played with a group of phillipinos! They were strong,fast and proactive. Haha although we losst to them, it was fun as they were quite good.So, went home to bathe and used the comp, waited for my sis to erach home and went to Central to have dinner!
Monday--WOke up quite late and rushed to school,not late at all! Went to have training in the morning! Today's training was fun! Sprinted up 12 floors in a flat and keep sprinting! Played a match, Benard and i couldnt run so much as we sprinted! So our speed was slow, my team won! Haha..so we went back to class after training and got briefed on the schedules for the year! Went to have lunch and went to the gym after lessons. did gym until 4.30pm and i left the school..hmm looking forward to tmr's training! Bye guys
Woke up early this morning and reached school at 8.30am..played against Chirst Church Secondary! The school Mrs Yeo was transferred to!Haha the score was 69-56! Henderson won! After the match, Andrew and i went to buy drinks for Huai Ao, Jerry, Yiwei and Poh Seng. Our juniors lost to them by 3 points! Sigh...so..went home and sleep abit..woke up at 2.30pm and went for work! Saw an old friend! Haha,(P.s, i said Hi) Went for tuition after my work and sorry Jian Wen for not going for ur birthday party! Ok thats all for today. bye
Hi guys..today is the first day of school! So happy that school has reopen! Got into a class full of clowns! We're gonna have a great time this year! Haha..when i reached school, saw many ppl at the bball court and went there to meet up with the team, waietd for Poh Chai to come and waietd for the new principal to talk and we went to change to get ready for training. Did some warm-ups and saw Marcus, Benny and Coach, he talked to us for 2 Hours, finally he announced the new coach to us. Jimmy!! Wont go into details but we can do it! Lets train to go into Top 4 guys..its time!
